What they are most interested in is the piece of paper itself. Then again I already had a decade of experience (military) before I went job hunting. At that point they didn't care who gave me the diploma as long as it was from an accredited institution. @Dustin-I’ve found that the college itself is often ignored. But in the long run, it is our experience which counts the most. In my experience, I think an advanced degree doesn't make much difference.
